Anyone know about this RLBC company? they offer high returns on Reverse crowd funding up to 18%. Saw i tat road show in raffles place. They use the money for property purchase in philippines.

Don't suck in by the 18% return. The risk is not worth the reward. The chances of you not getting back the money is 99%.

I still don't understand how "reverse crowdfunding" works.

The company has already sold all the condo units and secured all their profits so why the hell would they need you to invest? :/

That thing Wahkao posted is complete gibberish. I've got literally no idea what this thing does, or what "reverse crowdfunding" is supposed to be. Don't get involved.

Incidentally, is it just me, or are there a lot of scam investments popping up on the forums lately? Perisher, is there some way we can tag threads that are about suspicious investments (without incurring the wrath of their lawyers?).
