It’s my first time handling an AIO and I find it very compact and sleek for a home desktop computer.

I always thought it would be more bulky and will take up more space on the table but this model is really slim and only weighs about 8.7kg.

It’s quite convenient to move around with only one cable for power I could take it to different rooms as and when I like it. The power supply is similar to a laptop, small and easily hidden behind.

It comes with a set of wireless keyboard and mouse which has a nice ergonomics for light gaming and web surfing.
I like the fact that the I/O ports are located in the left side of the machine. it's quite easy for me to plug in my headphones when I don't feel like sharing my music at night.

The SonicMaster really brings out the sound quality of the songs that I like. When I watch my favourite movies I can feel the clearity of the powerful speakers on the front.
Cool touch keyboard that you can use if you're lazy to use the keyboard. The spacing is just nice for touching and it's quite clean looking too.

It comes with a few ASUS software which could be useful.

I really feel that AIO would be the future desktop replacement compared to the laptop. With a pair of wireless keyboard and mouse you can type away comfortablaby and surf the web without siting so close to the screen. with the touchscreen you can use it with much ease. Older folks would be more inviting to use this as the touch keyboard is huge and easy to type. Maybe more ah gong and ah ma would be going on to facebook with this.

AIO can be good desktop replacements, but not many will like the idea at this point in time. Especially when the price vs specs isn't that great. Also, the specs currently are quite modest, with the fastest AIO by Dell sporting an Nvidia GT640, which may not be suited for gaming at the monitor's native resolution.

As to replace laptop, I think it pretty much depends on whether you need the mobility. Desktop replacement laptops may be chunky, but you can still move them around when required.

Currently, my take is unless your main usage for your PC is watching movie and surfing net, with a decently big screen, AIO will serve you well.

yep i agree to that. its a good desktop replacement for the "average" consumer who dosen't care about specs and staff.those who just want to buy it and start surfing the web,check email and staff. however try ask any forumer @hwz to get this for their gaming and video randering needs
