Just go there and insist you want that part and only that part. Get them to show you the item physically before paying. Isn't that standard if you don't want any trouble?

Anyway I bought some items from them through Lazada before. No problems. No idea about physical store front.

Dynacore has become my go-to shop after i bought my Dell monitor from them. Look for the guy Abdul, he is very nice, no hard sell whatsoever... however his shop is not like Fuwell or cybermind that have everything but he can find the stuff from you should you need it.

anyway i gottem a asrock h270 performance n i5 7500 for $410 ( additional $10 from their list) as i didnt get the full built frm them..

u can try buying rams frm their qoo10 shop as there is $20 off $100 purchase last few days ago..
(cheaper $10 frm the sls shop lists as ram prices increased this week)

forgot to add that Abdul previously was from Best Bargain, that's when i bought the Cosair speaker system from him. it was a display set but unfortunately it didnt work after i brought it home. So i brought it back and he gave me a full refund.

This shop is he open with his Uncle IIRC... nice chap overall.

No bad experience buying from them so far.

Though I don't think its wise to get the i3 8350K. Its an overclockable chip, but its got no cooler, you need a Z series board to overclock it, and I don't think its worth buying it at this point with the Comet Lake being very fast out of the box. I am not sure how much this will cost, but even a humble Ryzen 5 3600 should perform better in almost all cases.

I'd wait for the XT series to come out very soon to stretch your dollars worth.
