I do not understand why I deserve the 3 points

As far as I'm concerned my post doesn't warrant the 3 points

Who get's to decide what is insulting or offensive?

Unless there are clear rules regarding the definition of offensive/insulting I can argue how my post is not the above

Why are the mods selective on who/what they hand out infractions to?

I would like to have clarifications on this matter
