It is not a problem of Revolut or any other card. Throw your iPhone away. The reader has no idea which card you will use, the physical card or your iPhone. You have to remove one of the possibilities for the reader to charge.thanks all, I see…will wait for 10 (or 15?) days and check again

I’m the type that would put the physical card in a slot behind my iphone case to tap in/out. I realise it’s a hassle with Revolut debit card, because it just triggers the app and then I’ve got to open up using my thumbprint or passcode. I tried to deactivate contactless, but still doesn’t work. Any idea if there’s anyway to prevent this? Other than just taking out the card for tap in/out?

We have the entire month ahead to deposit the increased amount, how do you know they don’t already have a prepared email announcement waiting to click send on 1 June instead of confusing people now in May?
