Indirectly limited by how much it can hold
After getting my funds locked for 3 weeks. I'm not going to put any significant funds inside, other than for travelling purposes, where I may still top up on demand.
My brother-in-law's account has been locked for 1 month already (lucky got no money inside), their customer service getting slower and slower (if you missed the first one). Just top up what I need, then transfer all out almost immediately. They always come and ask me why I transfer out immediately, which I would reply that if they can lock my funds for extended periods of time, why should I put anything inside for extended periods of time.
Once put $6k in, thought I should wait until after weekend to exchange money, bad decision, account was locked for having money inside. So this should not affect me, as all money comes out almost immediately after topping up, since there is technically no limit to topping up.
Plus there is a transfer limit, IIRC. Like EUR 5k or something, so will be smaller transactions, transfer out and repeat.
