1) Go to "Payments" tab,
2) Select "See all" under "Bank accounts",
3) Select the bank account that you want to use as your external account,
4) Under your bank account name, you can see blue coloured bank account number and SWIFT code, tap on this,
5) scroll down and you can see "External Account",
6) select to turn on the bank account as external account.

Alternatively,
1) Select "Send" on the homepage,
2) Select "Bank accounts" tab,
Steps 3 - 6 same as above.

This is very bad app design as you need to go through so many steps to see your bank account details and it's somewhat "hidden" within a transfer page so it's very unintuitive.

Thanks for the info but still don't have this option. :s22:

at 5) scroll down and you can see "External Account" <--- don't have

How many bank accounts do you have? If you have more than 1, then maybe you need to check other accounts to see whether it has already been assigned. If all don't have then I think you need to contact their support.

Edit: One more requirement is that the bank account created in Revolut must be an SGD local individual account. If you have DBS Multi-currency account and you created an USD account, you will not have "External Account" shown. Local business accounts also will not have "External Account" shown.

Thanks for verifying that someone actually did it.

Was writing to support for 2 days and still unresolved. Deleted app login out so many times. Deleted all beneficiary. Still cannot.

But somehow today after deleting all banks and key 1 account and see ur post alr, I go try. The external account button appears. Finally resolved don't care how it appeared. Phew... Tbh yes I really think the app UI can be more intuitive. When chat with support, u must press so many layer of menu just to go back to the support chat. Very lehh cheyy

Don't think cross border fees apply for Revolut and Youtrip. That's the beauty of using these cards for overseas transactions.

I gt a question

I gt 25USD gift card

I am not able to enter USD amount via the app

everytime I switch to USD, it will go back to previous screen

I have to enter in SGD, it work fine

so I have to convert my USD 25 to 33 SGD

and I enter 33SGD then the amount will be deposit into my local revolut

did anyone else experience that?

Is there any limit to the top the account?

if I want to top up 2k SGD into my revolut account is possible?

I read some where in the thread say max is only 400 SGD?

can anyone verify?

After top up $20 for 10 times from my pre-paid card, my revolut account has been permanently closed.

Revolut never tells me which term I breached, just closes my account.

S$2k is definitely possible. Have done that multiple times.

Revolut is well-known alr to be very much compliant and not run afoul with the AML laws, so long as their algorithm detects unusual amount of transactions/volumes/quantities it will trigger the red alerts. good luck.

so strange... topup money to use also cannot? :s22:
So instead of topping up 10*$20, you should do $200 immediately?

Your account gets flagged when you cycle through credit card top ups and transfer back to account
