the supoprt? makes little difference to me.
what i dislike is Revolut likes to bundle all sorts of nonsense & services into its singular plan - i.e. overseas atm withdrawals, travel insurance all of which i don't use - then BILL you for it. every mth, deduction, but i don't ever use it.

it makes a difference when you are trying to find out what happened to your rebate or dispute a charge.

Did you transfer in the full $100 at the very start of the month ?

yes i transferred $100 on 2 Feb and count those rides after that. Don't tell me the transfer has to be on 1 Feb.

i got the max $10 cashback though, used $50 revolut for bus/mrt before changing to standard chartered SMART for the rest of the month to get 6%. Did you use your revolut consistently for transport?

what does it mean by 'consistently'? i did not know there's any minimum spend?

Default is 2% with no top up or cc/debit topup. Anyway just drop their CSO a message, they will give you the remaining 18% once they manually verify.

Gotten $10. I think there is no need to top up at the start of the month, I remember I received an email to remind me to top up by the end of the month to get the rebate.

I spent $8.18 on transport in Feb and gotten $10 back. Free money.

I got the replacement card. It is still Visa. So Visa was replaced by Visa not MasterCard. At least it's not that nasty half blue/mauve colour like the original card was.

Are you sure? I haven't received the physical replacement card but I added it to my Apple Pay wallet and it's a MasterCard.

Anyone charged for Gojek and the transaction description came up as "Velox Digital Singapore"?
I had several Gojek transactions and some showed as Velox and some showed correctly as Gojek.
Not sure why, but hopefully it doesn't cause an issue for the 20% rebate.
