why not get normal than upgrade at least time being still got normal can use?
If I'm not wrong, that $10 is charged by your bank as inward telegraphic transfer fee. DBS charges $10. I think cimb is freeI used my nric to verify my account but got rejected.. using driving license now, pending approval from them. If cannot again then I'll use passport. Can anyone confirm if there are charges for transferring from revolut to our own sg bank accounts? Been reading this thread and some say there's $10 charge; while others have said that there was no charge when they trf back! Based on the faq, they said they will notify if transfers out of revolut account incur a charge before the transfer is made. So no notification when transferring back to our local bank account means no charge?

ah ok i see. like that if got leftover foreign currency from my first trip, would I need to convert it back to SGD via the app? then keep this converted back SGD inside the revolut account for future exchange into another different foreign currency for my next trip to another country? and at the meantime, use the SGD inside which i just converted back like an ez-link card? That's my plan, does it work like so?
The question is why you convert more than enough. You should always keep it as SGD and spend it.
If you want to convert some for the weekends, you should convert as little as possible.
What do you mean convert some for the weekends though? that's only if you're doing an international transfer right? so convert first during weekdays to evade the additional fee over the weekends?
$10 incoming TT charge is waived if you are a treasures, treasures private or private banking client. but if revolut transfers in via ACH/GIRO then it's free regardless. If I'm not wrong, that $10 is charged by your bank as inward telegraphic transfer fee. DBS charges $10. I think cimb is free

what would be your main reason to pay $20 a month for that tier? would the cost savings for your usage surpass the fees?Anyone waiting for their metal card?
The queue is ridiculously slow. I mean the number of people ahead is not too many but after waiting for more than 2 weeks, it only move up 6 places!!!
Like that will take forever to receive loh.
So for people who only die die want metal only, guess have to wait long long. LOL.
Anyone have experience in using revolut to top up mco?

You transferred SGD to SGD? Or is it to EUR SEPA or EUR SWIFT?Takes a few working days.
I transferred SGD 18.50 on 3 Oct from Revolut, received by MCO on 7 Oct.
No fees.

When spending money in foreign currency. Is it based on transaction date or posting date? Question regarding the 0.5% premium on weekends.
Does it automatically change required foreign currency like SmartExchange and pay the merchant. So the amount is fixed at time of transaction.
Or does it block off an estimated amount of SGD and then deduct on posting date? So the amount may vary slightly depending on the foreign currency movement
anyone try uob one to gpmc to revolut and then back to own bank acct? still get 10% ** for uob?
