you all sound like revolut owe you a living for limiting your account. it simply means your credit score is low.

You do know they owe a living to their customers right? And my credit score is prefect.

If i am not wrong, even if they limited your account, u are still able to use the card as payment. Just that you won't be able to top up .

Hope they are not operating like obike. Imagine if in sg alone, 1 million users with $1000 deposits. Thats 1 billion. No wonder they take their time. Last time obike take few months to refund too.

Finally got my card approved and just ordered the physical card. Like of the posts above, I realised that even on weekdays now, Youtrip and Revolut rates are almost identical. Weekends of course Youtrip wins. Interesting. I thought Youtrip uses Mastercard rates, so how are they able to make their rates more attractive lately if the rates are controlled by MC?

For every transaction, Yt make a cut. Out of that cut, they can always to an additional 0.1% + MC rate, to outdo the competition

I'm not sure is it true their rates are more attractive lately.

Stuck? Just go top up the NETSFP or EZLink card at the MRT station. Simple.

Gents,

Coupld questions if you may...

1) Does revolut support CNY? If it does, is the markup also +0.5%? Don't see it written here - https://www.revolut.com/en-SG/help/getting-started/exchanging-currencies/what-foreign-exchange-rate-will-i-get

2) If this does support CNY, can use to top up alipay in rmb?

3) For the free standard plan, can it create at least one disposable virtual credit card?

4) For the premium or metal plans, are the created disposable virtual credit cards AVS or non-AVS? If these are AVS, is the user able to assign different address to each VCC just like what privacy.com offers to their card holders? :D

1) think if it's not written, means don't have mark up, unless is weekend.

2) have not tried yet. Good question, will like to know. You are referring to the recently released alipay for foreigner to use in China right?

China mostly don't accept VISA/MASTER. WeChat and AliPay is still the main most preferred payment gateway everywhere.

How can we check the rate for using the card oversea. Say Malaysia? Use the app convertor? Is it valid for weekend? Or just wait for Monday to confirm the real exchange rate?
