For weeks I have been trying to bank transfer to my own bank accounts. Fully verified with Singpass, Nric and bank accounts and not limited. They even go to the extreme to ask you for photos of your ID, photos of all your credit cards, screenshots of all transactions with your name and so on. Gave them all the documents and still cannot get back my own money. Wanted to close account and they say cannot. Any financial company will lose credibility when you manually decline your client's own money.

Talking to ghost agents and no number to call at all.

Stop trying to game the system.

Revolut Terms:

18. provide yourself with a cash advance from your credit card (or help others to do so);

So your are likely banned by Revolut already....

I can't seem to add my Revolut card to my Grab account, any idea why? It states that either my card is frozen or I had disabled the online payment portion which neither I had done so. Tried to add in Simplygo app also can't.

you should check ur cc t&c. this is considered a top-up, so most cc do not reward points.

Ok thanks for the update. So it means paying a bit more to get miles by using a CC or saving on the Currency Conversion and card fees by using Revolut and not get miles.

Hmmmm....:s11:

???? How much do you value your miles? A lot? Then just use your CC, not as worth if currency conversion is as such, then use Revolut.

:s22:

Or wait till the industry change and CCs offer much better currency conversions (i.e. take away their own processing fee).

Do your math lor. If the merchant takes credit card, then I'll be using credit cards. Revolut only for those merchants that do not take cards.

If the merchant takes cards and you're looking for a good exchange rate, you may use grab mastercard, if you have it. You get the rewards for top up and spend, with quite competitive rates.
