It says usually takes 2 mins to verify identity but its been several hours. Kinda makes me wonder how they do it in 2 mins. They have so many staff on standby who do instant verification? Lol

Basically the 39 is hard to get provided the new sign up able to get their physical. Card and use it (the step 4) within 7 days after sign up. Otherwise the refferal won't get the 39 reward..

I just received the physical card today. I saw that there are toggle buttons for swipe payment, contactless payment, ATM withdrawal and online transaction under "Cards/PIN & Security". They were enabled by default.

Do I really need to use PIN for first purchase to activate the physical card?

The first purchase must be in-store purchase using physical card with PIN?

U can just try at the MRT GTM. Just inside card and enter pin. Or use paywave.

Yes. I did enter my 16 digit card number in the app. So the physical card has been activated already?

Do you mean top up EZ-Link card with Revolut? Why don't we just use Revolut for SimplyGo?

You can go to NTUC pickup any item, and pay at self-checkout counter via insert card or paywave. Dont even need to key card PIN on first use.

Referrer received $39 referral credit immediately in his revolut account.

Haha, you are correct. I just tried to pay with the card and it does not require PIN at all. I don’t understand why the app asked us to use PIN for first purchase to activate the card.

For me I just play safe and use pin. Anyway many places in Malaysia and Thailand don't have paywave.

Hi all, I am new to this. Can we exchange SGD to MYR and keep in e-wallet for future use? There are other currencies supported in the app but MYR is not available. Does it mean that we can only spend physically or withdraw from ATM in Malaysia?
