Nope. Yup.
Same as YouTrip. It would be much easier to convert if they have e-wallet for MYR.
Nope. Yup.
Yup. Revolut so far had gave $10, $8.88 and $39 cash for either new sign up Or referral. I got all of them. People who signed up using my code also got rewarded.

Anyone tried to transfer fund back to OCBC bank account in local currency? I realized that we need to input BIC/SWIFT in the app. Is this consider as inward remittance and is there any processing fee charged by the bank?

Hi there,
You may wish to check with the merchant if the transfer is going to be a local transfer, or an overseas funds transfer.
For overseas fund transfers, SWIFT code will be required (OCBC's SWIFT is OCBCSGSG), and there will be a fee of $10 charged.

No processing fee. But take note can only do this occasionally in small amounts, if not Revolut will lock your account for misuse of revolut for cash advancement from your credit card.
Would SGD 2,000 a month (recurring) be considered big? I am looking to transfer SGD to MYR through Revolut though, instead of to a local account.
Don't try to game the system la.
I am trying to transfer RM to my relatives leh. It's different from transferring to my own SG bank account. Main reason being Revolut's ex rates are attractive.
I dont mind transferring to Revolut using bank transfers instead of credit cards, but seems like there's no such options leh.
Apply another Revolut card for them, top up the account for them, and tell them to withdraw from ATM locally. That'll probably be safer.
Thanks. That sounds doable too. If doesnt work, I can always fall back to instarem for the money transfer, thought rate is slightly worse than Revolut.....

must check how much fee you need pay + can send 2k sgd worth at one shot anotI am trying to transfer RM to my relatives leh. It's different from transferring to my own SG bank account. Main reason being Revolut's ex rates are attractive.

Has anyone tried using a prepaid credit card like grab mastercard to top up revolut?
I know it sounds kiasi but i’ve so many friends that have their credit card details stolen (not on revolut lah but online) that im kinda paranoid.
If i was to add my regular cc to revolut & use it to add funds, if somehow the card details are compromised the procedure to dispute fraudulent charges is lengthy & i understand not 100% guaranteed.
So i thought it would be safer to link grab master card to revolut & add an amount to grab master card. That way even if the grab card details are compromised, the crooks cant do shyt since its a prepaid card which is now empty. Will that work?
