Recent transfers to local acc (be it own or others) no longer get flagged by revolut? Thought some people say acc got locked

Does this only affect people who use credit card to top up and then transfer to local account?

If we use debit card to top up - should be fine?

Point to note, for those whose account has been locked/suspended. They only convert excess foreign currency automatically back to SGD, but do not transfer them out to your designated bank account.

From December 1st, for Standard and Premium customers, there will be a small charge for local and international cards top ups to your Revolut account, to cover the costs levied by the card schemes for this service.

Local cards top up fee will be waived for Metal plan customers.

I didn't get any update from Youtrip, I guess it is just a matter of time before they follow the same path.

Hopefully Youtrip will not follow since they don't allow transfer of fund to local bank accounts.

I made a transfer to DBS Thursday. Revolut shows the tranfers is successful. However, the money haven't reach to DBS account yet.

My recent Revolut transactions don't seem to have been processed even though the money is gone from my account.

The reference for deposits sent from Revolut is usually "INSTAREM". Does Instrarem use Wirecard? It seems that Revolut uses Instarem.

Noticed there is an option to top up revolut using Google pay. But could not get it to work. Anyone managed to top up successfully using googlepay? Hoping to qualify for Google pay reward.

I'm able to use google pay to top up on a consistent basis.

Yes the status of the international transfers I sent last week finally changed to sent yesterday afternoon. They aren't in the destination account yet but that usually happens a day after the "Sent from Revolut" notification arrives. This is the longest delay I've yet encountered.

(I'm always a bit nervous using these fintechs as they tend to blow up without warning and leaving any money in them seems risky with very little recourse if they fail).

Looks like they seemed to be using wirecard for other international destinations? At least my transfers to USA are not affected.

Closed revolut account. Dont see any need for it.

For me, their major use is cross border transfer, esp to Malaysia. Their rates are unbeatable......Other than that, yup not much use......

Revolut bank transfer

I have been using Revolut since last month. Transferred funds received from overseas to my local bank account without any issue. Today I tried transferring some funds but it was declined. There was no numbers to call and the live chat was very slow to response.

Anyone encounter similar problem. Is there a limited that we can transfer to a local bank account as this month, I had already transferred more than $5K.
