past 3 days, unable to top up SGD wallet using either Manhattan or CIMB mastercard

always top up failed

a couple of times, the Top Up is shown as Pending, then subsequently failed again

is there something going on ?

top up back in Oct/Nov for overseas trip (before the Grab nerf) and was all ok

planning to use it for upcoming overseas trip

Suspect they did some recent background checks on their users. I too had my account suspended with the email stated that my account is being identified to be used to attain points or cash advance from card top ups and account transfers. I think its a matter of time Rev will nerf the goodies we used to enjoy in using this account.

I was trying to setup new account for my brother & using the referral link, during the sign up process, when I entered in the email address, it stated already have an account & was not able to proceed.
Already tried another email & also the same issue,
Anyone knows why it is like that?

The colour of the new card is the same as the original one back in 2018. Maybe cos both are visa.

Anyone knows whether it allows to register more than 1 account using the same handphone device? As my previous account been suspended, I deleted the app from my HP & reinstall it. However when I tried to register new account, at the email entry step, it stated already have an account & disallow me to register further.
I am wondering is it because Revolut detected the phone was previously registered with a Revolut account.

it has been a week and Revolut Chat CSO is still unable to advise why my account is unable to top up using a Credit Card

keep saying matter escalated to experts, understand my frustration etc etc

any advise how I can escalate with Revolut ? TIA

I use this card overseas. Quite a powerful card since it can hold many currencies etc..Then you don't need to keep excess cash you cannot consume. Wasted the whole is not fully digitalised yet.

I use Apple Pay. It is difficult to top up. Not sure why my DBS, UOB and grab MasterCard fail also

GPMC confirm fail coz Grab disabled it. I just top up with my Citibank card via Apple Pay. no issues.

anyone tried recently withdrawing cash overseas using the new visa based card? Mastercard usually slightly better rates than Visa generally speaking. So was wondering if there are any data points to compare

I'm going Japan next month. Revolut apps is installed on my phone A n using SG no.

in Japan, I will transfer sg no to my phone B. and get a local data sim for phone A.
will I still able to perform top up/transfer/etc on my phone A using jap simcard?

remove SIM card and put in another phone

Have not tried, but I'm not convinced of they can offer a better rate than IBKR.

Just noticed that THB no longer has the permanent 1% rare currency fee. I guess this means that Revolut rate (without weekend fee) will definitely be better than YouTrip alr for THB.
