My card has yet to be change back to visa. Maybe cos I blocked the card to prevent fraudulent transactions as I got some cash in the account for my holiday..

Not sure if its only me or the bank. Today I tried to top up using my CIMB card on 2 different Revolut accounts & both failed stated bank rejected it. But was succcessful in top up of Amaze. Seems CIMB banned Revolut?

Did a transfer in December 2022, there are still no fees involved .

My wife transferred her YEN to my Revolut account and during the process, a confirmation page displayed . I recommend checking for any fees before hitting to confirming the transfer.

it has been a week and Revolut Chat CSO is still unable to advise why my account is unable to top up using a Credit Card

keep saying matter escalated to experts, understand my frustration etc etc

any advise how I can escalate with Revolut ? TIA

after 1 month, Revolut finally come back and asked me to fill in all the Address fields in the App, and dont leave any field blank

my address was already complete, but Address Line2 was empty ... so I just put in the estate name

they also ask me to "re-save" my email address

with these changes, now, I am able to top up using CC
