RGB 1.8k Build

Hey guys, need some advice on a system I'll be putting together for a friend.

His main request is to have full/as much RGB as possible, hence the part choices here. I've been out of the PC building game for awhile now so might have missed out on some stuff, do advice pls

CPU+MOBO: Ryzen 2600x + Asus Strix B450-F Gaming - $537
Cooler: Cooler Master ML240L RGB - $109
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB LED 3200MHZ CL16 8GB*2 - $253
SSD: Samsung EVO 860 500GB SSD - $179
HDD: WD 1TB Blue - $61
GPU: Palit GTX 1070TI 8GB - $588
Case: Phanteks P350X RGB TG - $109
PSU: EVGA G+ 650W Gold - $159

Total $1836

I have also seen that other RGB RAM brands can be had for cheaper on Newegg. Was wondering if the savings is worth it considering there will be no warranty right?

Regarding those 3 purchases from Newegg, I understand that it means that I wont get local warranty/have to ship back to US to claim warranty right?

That is correct. But items are small so shld not cost a lot.

Like the one below me mentioned, do look to newegg and amazon this coming BF for better deals on the SSD and CPU. 179 sgd for 500gb? I just got a 1tb 860evo for 177 sgd from newegg. 500gb going for 101 sgd on newegg right now

AMD has worldwide warranty(unless im mistaken) so the only thing you should really buy locally is PSU, mobo and casing. The rest just go online. Dont pay such chop carrot markups

Buying from newegg or amazon means US warranty. So if you wanna RMA(touch wood) then have to mail back to US/taiwan. Abit more troublesome. But for the price savings, i dont mind. Good quality SSDs have lower chance to fail than you getting struck by lightning so the markup you pay for local warranty is essentially worthless.

Psu can purchase online for evga. You rma to Taiwan which shouldn't cost much.

Can go for evga supernova g3, a tier 1 psu at 114sgd.
