will I be able to sync the RGB lighting together for every parts including the casing fan? which part do I need to change in order for all to work together?
and how do I do it?

I doubt you can sync the Orbis Spectrum (your case fan) with any software apart from the controller itself ?
Also, if not in a rush then wait for Tecware Verge come to Singaporewhich is somewhere in May since personally I feel Verge is a lot a lot better than Vision.
