Rig Advise: Office use with GT 430 gpu

i am intending to build an office rig around a spare geforce Gt430 gpu.

Usage will be visual studio, MS SQL and microsoft office works.

Would really like to have a decently small casing.

budget about $500 just for the CPU alone.

Any bros can reco build?
