Samsung SSD 850 EVO Series 250GB - $138.58 -$ 8.41 (CashBack)

Deepcool Gamerstorm Maelstrom 240 Water AIO - $83.80 - $ 4.36 (CashBack)

Why need 16GB? 8gb will do.

Scrap the AIO cooler, use stock cooler instead since you are not overclocking.

If you are in budget, get i5 4460 instead of i5 4690. The performance different is insignificant.

Too late, i already bought. hahaha. I want my processor to last longer ma. and since the aio cooler is a good price, why not.

Performance different as in FPS in games or?

monitor your pump speed. my Deepcool AIO 120 speed was too high at 6k rpm. should be about 2k rpm

Haven bought my HDD and cpu+processor yet. Abit confuse what to buy for cpu. High means loud sound?

Yea it was a bit noisy. But being too high wen rated speed is way less is a concern. Will try to bring to distro to check wen im free

G2A do sell cheap OS..

hmmm I think I don't dare buy from there liao. That time i buy le then activate can work for 1 year. After awhile I reformat then the same key cannot be used le. Contacted microsoft they claimed that the key is actually from the student dreamspark, hence making it illegal to sell through marketplace. Btw Its also not as cheap as it used to be.

I dont know whether there's a difference or anything. But since you're buying a 1866MHz ram and your mobo only supports up to 1600MHz, won't it bottleneck your ram?

It will, but most wouldn't feel anything since performance difference is negligible.
