Recommend u change GPU to at least 1060 6GB. Nowadays AAA titles quite memory intensive. 3G is on the edge liao

Since you are buying the parts from different sources, why don't you consider Tradepac? I bet some of your parts can get cheaper from there instead.

You need to know the pricing around SLS to go tradepac. Otherwise their price also about the same only. Their mobo+cpu combo price is good, other parts are standard and it's up to how well you know the pricing around SLS to cut them down. You can nego the price with them if you know which store is cheaper than them. If you don't like to haggle and unsure which store do better pricing, then I'd suggest you patiently buy the parts like ts from various places as well as making good use of online coupons.

i don't actually really play AAA titles so i was thinking 3GB would be enough for me for a few years :s11:
Seasonic m12ii 520w is $89 on pc theme price list. Qoo10 more expensive.

i'm avoiding tradepac because i don't think i'm experienced enough to deal with their sales tactics that i read about here

Just be careful about the ram selection. Many issues with ram compatibility with this motherboard. I suggest you do some readings on internet. I was testing for my friend's MSI this model.

My bad. $99 is the stated price. Buying price is different though FYI :)
