So that he can make a better recommendation for wireless adaptor. No point overkilling in getting the highest when your internet plan is just 100mbps or worst 10mbps ADSL line...

Also, if ur router isnt AC, no point recommending AC adaptor to your fren/you?

Slight modification to Antec-ITX-Bundle-03
HDD: HGST Travelstar 7K1000 1TB [7200 rpm] @ $82

Total: $504

Buy others at Tradepac, #05-18.


Alternatively, consider Zotac ID18 Plus @ $259.20* and top it up with a 1TB 2.5" HDD.

You can pay on the spot meeting him at his home....

He sold them cheaper, and they are all distro stocks.

PC Themes do not have Antec ISK110.

as FYI, most of the HTPC similar casing using mini itx motherboard.

Can consider the Zotac Zbox CI320 Plus. Good enough for HTPC use and passive cooled chassis, so no noise as there is no fan. Comes with Win 8.1 OS and build in wireless AC adapter. Can get at Cybermind at $360 or $348 if get through Qoo10. Just buy another external DVD drive if you really need to play DVD. If you need more storage space, can get the barebone version, and add your own rams, 2.5" hdd and OS.
