not sure if adobe has optimized their software for ryzen, else the 3700x 3900x is a good choice.

So autocad workstation

Autocad is mostly a single thread software.

CPU Ranking: i7-9900k then i7-9700k then Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: At least 1080ti level
Ram: At least 32gb, well, it depends how big your assemblies are.
Drive: I recommend having two. One for working and one for storage.
Working Nvme: Adata SX8200 Pro 512gb or Sabrant Rocket 512gb or etc. The super high end ssd don't really matters.
Storage Nvme: Intel 660p 2tb

I just got my rig for same purpose (but no autocad), definitely not 16Gb ram, minimum 32Gb, I was even thinking of 64Gb...
