Dear expertise,

Just gotten a low end dslr and had taken tons of photos.

Im intending to bring my hobby to greater heights.

Currently using a family PC i5-2500k and wanted to build my personal one.

Also im just using the given software that came with the camera.

In future maybe ill be using better softwares. so probably im trying to get a i7.

Due to my storage i would also like to include a NAS.

As for monitor i would love to have a U2414H but not sure if should upgrade to those UP series (for photoshop use)

Budget around 3k odd.

Cheers.

Do you overclock? Will you be playing intense games or even doing video rendering?

Do you need peripherals like KB/mouse?
What type of factor are you looking for? (regular/mid-size/mini) Any color preference?

Imo for photoshop better to get 27" or ultrawide 29" but that's my opinion. This might cost alot of your budget.

im not expert, just posting to ask more qns for expert recommendations

I'm using my rig for photo editing and exports too. Though I think you can get Dell U2417H instead of the older U2414H.
