Hi all, can check if budget of 2k enuff to build below?

CPU - AMD 7600
GPU - Zotac 4070TI
Memory - 32GB

Will be reusing my current SSD as well as CPU cooler.

So probably need recommendation for case and mobo as well.

Thanks!

without ssd and case, 2k budget is doable with shops from sls.
ryzen 5 7600x + msi pro b650m-a wifi + gskill trident z5 neo 2x 16gb 6000c36 ddr5686pckaki
zotac rtx 4070 trinity oc1163viipc
msi mag a750gl (for native 12vhpwr support)139dynacore
total just nice 1988, which should fit inside ur current forge m. if u feel ur current psu is enough and rather replace case over psu, a good case like the lancool 216 can be had for around the same price as, if not cheaper than, the a750gl; there is also a good variety of cases within the $150 budget remaining without psu.

Hey thanks but still need to factor in price for 32gb ram. And I also hoping to get a new atx case and psu.

ram is already included with the cpu + mobo combo.

then will be difficult to squeeze in 2k budget, its either case or psu. either increase ur budget or consider used.

Oh thank you so much.
Because im thinking of changing to a atx case since im using matx now and i find it squeezy.
Can i say that budget of $100 each for psu and case is enuff? means total add on $200?

Edit - Just re-read your reply.
So if i raise my budget to 2150, i should be able to get mobo, ram, gpu, cpu, psu and ATX.

the cpu + mb + ram + gpu is already 1849, which means if u budget 100 for case and psu each, total is 2049, so only increase budget by $49. that said, if u insist on brand new, there arent a lot of good options for either case or psu with $100 budget.
So if i raise my budget to 2150, i should be able to get mobo, ram, gpu, cpu, psu and ATX.
ideally ah. especially for psu, u dont want to skimp on that and risk frying ur parts. u want also can double confirm with us whether the ones u choose are good or not.

You can consider 4070 or 7800xt.

Both gpu will fit your 2k budget.

I just completed a itx build at $2050 with 7800xt.

The 2 gpus are current gen best value.

I don't like to spend 1k on a gpu with 12gb vram tbh

Thank you. I've posted a question with regards to 4080 v 4070ti in the 4000series thread.
still deciding on the GPU and see how i can adjust my budget.

Preferably will like to build something that can have better performance yet still spending reasonably.

depending on your resolution, I am playing on 1440p so 7800xt/4070 class is ok for that.

For reference.

i'm playing Battlefield 2042 with 3440x1440, Ultra setting using 7800XT... can get 100FPS throughout the game.

Edit: my monitor is max at 100hz... therefore, i suggest get a graphic card match your monitor resolution and refresh rate.
