My friend, who has a budget of 1.1k, needs a recommendation on parts to get. All the necessary components except for OS and GPU. He also needs a monitor. He has already gotten the R290. Purpose of the rig is directed at playing high-end games.

H87 is B85 with added feature like RAID.

H87 n 97 nt much diff except H97 has M.2 support.
