Rig to run 3 VMs

Hi, I'm planning to build a rig for running 3 instances of VMs, Windows 7 pro 64 biting VMware. This is my first time planning one for such purposes, hopefully able to get some advise

Intel i7 6700K
Samsung 256gb 850 Evo M2 x 3 (each vhs on 1 volume)
G.Skill Trident z3200 cl16 32 GB
Thermaltake Ultimate Water Cooler
Thermaltake T.Power 850W

looking to build a PC to do sth similar (play with virtualisation/gns3 for network simulations etc). just wonder what will be a good build? other than the xeon cpu/mobo/ram stated above. any recommendations for gfx/cases/psu etc?

what kind of workload are they that need 1 ssd per vm?
K version processor are for overclocking. Dont see why you need this.

850W psu too overkill.
Are you doing any crossfire on graphic card?
For such setup with onboard graphic, your usage wont go anywhere near a true 300 watt.

If its just play play then xeon e3 will do

if play play only then get a x79 board plus e5 2670 (8core) should be ard 500 2nd hand. Ram 200 for 4x8gb get from amazon KAO TIM. Remember to get SSD to store your VMs

choppermind is lightly expensive but service not bad. PCthemes, Videopro, bizgram tradepac etc is selling.

Proccessor ok, Generic No brand motherboard no thanks. I had for my x58 board, now selling at 99, very unstable then died on me after 1 month. No Warranty.

TS I suggest go with brand like Asus, MSI or Asrock. no brand no talk.

I will recommend

Supermicro X10SRA (if you need alot of PCI-e lanes slot)
Supermicro X10SRA-F (if you need IPMI)

Raid card, depending on how many HDD/SDD, go LSI.

If you do not need any 16x PCI-e lanes slot, you can use
Supermicro X10SRH-CF (Onboard LSI Raid)

Ram
depends on how many GB you want to allocate in including each VM.

8GB + (XX GB per VM) DDR4-2133 REG ECC Ram

Processor
E5-2620 V4. 2.1 GHz. 8 Cores. Up to 3 GHz.
Allocate 2 Cores per VM.

SSD,
Intel S3520 SSD (coming soon, eta first week of september)
with 0.6 DWPD endurance.
