Right Trapezius Muscle Strain

Have been having this tight strain at my right trap muscle for 3 months now, no matter how I massage or stretch.. it won't go away.

Anyone facing this issue?

Bend ur head down such that it's looking over ur left chest. Does doing this help ease the pain during the strain?
