Just curious if anyone knows if there is a document if rights for nsf. For example if unit can make you work everyday for 14h or something like that.

Why not? I think during the Navy Divers hell week, they only have like 2 hours of "sleep" each day?

strange to even having the need to be feared of from having lunch or dinner. u mean your unit only allows a maximum of 2 meals a day? or your lunch and dinner refers to eating at bunk or not at canteen/cookhouse premises?

there are people who works 14hrs or more in other areas outside of mindef (e.g security guards etc). So, if is not normal, those private firms will be the first ones to get caught.

Are you a shift work personnel? (guard duty, 4 day work shift, 3 day work shift etc)

basically, NS is to train you in times of war.

if there is such a thing as restriction in number of hours of 'work', then might as well dont train outfield already.

just play risk board game in bunk.

if the NSFs now feels that their life during service is tough, think about the previous batches & generations on how much tougher it is.

if the older generations can go through it, perhaps the younger generations are just getting weaker.
