Rims question

Anyone installed 5x113.1 rims on car with pcd 5x114.3? Tyre shop told me 5x113.1 rims are design to fit 114.3 and 112. How does it work?

There are dual pcd rims, why is there a middle pcd?I saw those with slots rather than holes for the fasteners?

i am interested in this rim. pcd is 5x113. dual pcd should have more holes. right?

the hole is slightly bigger so can fit 113.1 and 114.3 hub. i will avoid this kind of rims.
