side track, i have also telling colleagues that working alone dead at night is extremely dangerous.
It is not about work, or less work, dont need 2 staff.
It is more of a risk if something happen to a staff and he/she is alone...
alias, everybody brush my idea off.
most proper organisation will have some lone working policy in place..

i suggest PAP to implement a real time monitoring device. Transmits ur health data + location to ahgong.

Sort of like a ERP 2.0. same device, tweak abit then everyone need to carry wherever they go. Anything happen, mata or ambulance can come straight away.

oh.. of coz need to pay subscription charge to ahgong. MRC maybe around $20 each pax?
maybe gov use the CDC voucher n ownself pay ownself for the registration n subs fee.

2 rooms flat have always been a mistake.
This is not the first case. Actually anything happen to you if you live alone, very dangerous, because nobody knows. Can just faint and slowly pass away at home.
Now even young ppl can suddenly faint or heart attack one.
I agree, but it's not just about two room flat issue.
More of living alone whereby the chance of survival diminishes after something bad happens at home -be it a fall, a stroke, heart attack etc where you might actually be saved if you had someone living together with you.

There are a few times I fall down at home. Rub myself and stand up, go to the bedroom my wife still playing her phone.
I think not living alone also not safer.

With 2 room, you have no choice of having tenants.
Or maybe AI can be so advanced, the CCTV perhaps can detect a fall and alarm paramedics if the person cannot help themselves.

2-room or single-room units aren't unique to hdb, private housing offers similar arrangements too. whether it's a 1-room flat or a bigger house, it doesn't really matter. what matters most is the connection you have with your family , the people you speak to daily or often. if you're not close with your family, then staying in a big or small place makes no real difference

What’s the actual cause of death? 38 year old is almost statistically impossible for dying at home
