2026年3月24日15时50分，张雪峰因心源性猝死全力抢救无效，在苏州逝世，享年41岁。
他曾于2023年6月因过度劳累、胸闷心悸而被医院强制住院。
事发前中午在公司健身房的跑步机上进行跑步锻炼，疑似身体不支而导致悲剧。

chasing after money, KPI, fame, etc, etc.
trying to squeeze time, squeeze personal health, etc
can't let nature take it own course.
don't give body its required rest.
even food also eat precooked, instant food made of don't know what ingredients, etc
in the end, it get backfired, u will lose to nature.
Chopping Wood
Many people see others receiving this or that, and they always think, "Oh, why does he get it while I don’t?"
In fact, everyone has their own direction of effort. Two men were both chopping wood. One worked very hard all day, rarely took breaks, and finished his lunch in just 20 minutes.
The other man took several breaks throughout the day, spent 45 minutes on lunch, and even took a 15-minute nap before returning to work.
The first man became increasingly frustrated because no matter how hard he worked, by the end of the day, the second man always had a larger pile of wood.
One day, the first man asked him, "Hey, I don’t understand how you do it. I see you sitting around, but why do you always chop more wood than I do? How is that possible?"
He couldn’t figure out why two people doing the same task could have such different results.
The second man smiled and said, "You only saw me sitting there—but when I was sitting, I was using both hands to sharpen my axe. Did you notice that?"
This story tells us that sometimes our eyes only see our own contributions, and we fail to see the efforts of others.
This is why many husbands and wives argue—husbands see themselves working hard to earn money, but they don’t see their wives busy from morning until night.
So wives should acknowledge their husbands’ hard work, and husbands should acknowledge their wives’ hard work as well. When the two come together, nurture their hearts with spiritual practice, and support each other, they will see both their own and each other’s future happiness — this is the state of mind they will achieve.

this guy have a lot of haters but also a lot of fans.
he was trodden with controversies, he spoke the truth abt corruption and deepseated issues in china education system and his nay sayings were proven right again and again. yet every time he was banned from china social and streaming media. can say he got guts.
oddest was once during his streaming he suddenly spoke of supporting military intervention over tw and he was willing to donate huge amount of money for this course and end result was he got banned from china social and streaming media again.
some question his true intent, was it just to curry favour with ccp authorities but end result wasnt really great for him. was it some form of sarcasm, considering he was quite a smart person we really dont know.
and yes his death was pretty strange. he frequently run long distance but once during a stream some viewer commented his lips look purple meaning he may have o2 or heart problem which he brushed it off.
