Ngiam is most likely Hainanese speaking people, but these days, even other dialects speaking people are also with surname Ngiam.

Anybuttie feels the above member's posts and action are very very inappropriate for a thread that deals with the death of someone else's son and the father of 5 kids?
Why does this member not have the common sense of what is or isn't appropriate here? It's just puzzling.
