I usually don’t trust anyone (including the forumers and agents). I only trust my site visit, analysis of surrounding and do all nearby data comparison before committing to a project. In here, making general talk is cheap.

of cos not.. I don't see any reason why the dev would maintain the same selling price as 2 yrs ago .. even for BTO vs SBF, there are also difference in selling price.. just fyi, the last round of drop out units, the price ady ard $10xx psf ady..

min up 5% = 1k psf

i guess up app 15%, ie 11xx psf

I’m sorry that u hv met such an agent.. not all are like tat..cos some want recurring business and referrals, rather than one off deal..
