Actually in terms of absolute value, it's pretty low.

My received dividends from REITs probably near there over the 4 years for a lower upfront cost.

But easy to rent

Upside limited cos of abundant supply. I actually like this area cos of the unblocked view & the park connected along the river.

I considered getting this place since it's near Hougang MRT (2 bus stops) and reasonable at 1.4k psf.

Only reservation is units are on the smaller side and not sure whether the river is smelly longkang + mosquito breeding ground.

I stayed near there during my teens. No longkang smell but it’s the ulu part of Hougang. U need to walk 15mins to reach Hougang mrt.

Hopefully there's seat on the condo bus, otherwise I need to walk fast fast.
