RMA Enquiry for Avertek

hi guys, had a dead ASUS motherboard and asked on the ASUS and Ban Leong segment but was told there isn't warranty left. so i took it out to get it replaced and saw the Avertek sticker.

so just wanna ask, how do i read the date on the sticker? does this mean the board was purchased on 4th april 2011 therefore still making it RMA-able? (since 3 years warranty for ASUS boards means the warranty is still valid)

or is it read as 4th november 2004?

yes, should be 4 april 2011. that is the manufacture date, not purchase date. if you have receipt to proove that you purchaed it at a later date, then the warranty should start from the date of receipt.
since thhere is only 5 days left you should hurry and RMA this board ASAP.

looks like ASUS doesnt know what they are talking about when i asked about the warranty based on the board's serial number making me buy a new mobo + cpu. disappointing.
