I thought adata is from corbell?

I also want to find out Bro. Just gotten this reply from Adata. :s11:

Dear customer,
Thanks for supporting ADATA product.
We have no service center in Singapore, product is need to send back to Taiwan for after-sales service.
And if you need our help, please provide the following information according to the process of RMA:
1.the serial number like NMC-9A0064 on the bar code of it
2.clear pictures of both sides of it
3.the country you live in

Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
Regards,
ADATA Customer Service Center

That is you contact direct to the manufacturer.

Its Corbell.

What RAM are you returning? Is it purchase locally? Does it comes with any Stickers?

I just called Corbell, guy said not them :)

It's a 4GB DDR3 Ram. Just Adata Stricker on it. Bought from Tradepac.

Bad experience with Eternal Asia.

Yesterday call whole day no one answer, email no reply.
So today make a trip down to SLS. Was told the person in charge was on MC. Cannot change for me as my model no stock, asked to call tomorrow.

Tmd, waste my time.

For reference, I've once RMAed an ADATA micro-SD card before, direct to Taiwan. Process is totally no frills and the ADATA Taiwan CSO will keep you updated on the status of the card when they received it. Postage to Taiwan is quite cheap via SingPost registered mail.
