Discovered that if initiating RMA via their website, it appears that the only option is to send them the HDD at own cost before they will send you a replacement.
However, according to this URL: https://www.seagate.com/sg/en/support/service-centers/
There's an option to bring it in but need to create a RMA order prior.
The two possible locations are:
1 Rochor Canal Road #03-40 Sim Lim Square Singapore 188504
Operating Hours: 10:00 - 19:00 (Monday to Friday) Closed: Every Saturday & Sunday
Operating Hours: 11:00 - 20:00 (Monday to Sunday) Closed: On Public Holiday
Please note that this is a Drop off point only. Replacement will be shipped to your door step.
Anyone with recent experience if one were to bring the HDD to Digital Hospital @ SLS, do they do a 1-1?
Because it appears that if bring it to the Bugis Junction one, it's only a drop off.
