May I know where to rma gigabyte graphics card? What exactly needs to be returned?

Also, for Intel processors, do I need to provide the full box for rma?

usually it's just the faulty part, just wrap it in a bubble wrap should be fine.

i think you can just bring the chip to the distro, no need box for intel chip. the box is just the heatsink

Any advice on bro's here on what to do? My mobo got fried about a year ago and i've basically chucked the whole rig at a corner for the year. Planning to RMA some parts but i've read that for Intel CPU's, they will ask you questions and guide you through troubleshooting. I do not have a spare mb to test on and am unsure if it's just the mobos problem or if the cpu is defective as well.

haha already found out who the distros are for each indivicual product i asked about, however, still not sure what to say regarding my ''spoiled'' cpu. any advice?
