How are you going to get it changed to SGD? If you have wechat, can try to exchange it with others online. Get them to send you SGD while you transfer rmb to them.

My RMB in China, not in Singapore

If the amount is big, there are some money changers can do it for you. One money changer at Parkway Parade can do it. I used their service before but mine was SGD to RMB. I paid SGD and they deposit RMB to an account in China.

Legal or not, I am not sure. I gave cash to the money changer in Singapore, they deposited RMB in China bank account. My transaction was for 1,000 000 RMB. All done within 24hrs(within banking hours), could be earlier if not for my mistake. In your case, I think you can collect cash from them at their shop at Parkway Parade as there are a few banks located in the same building or nearby.

Money changer or license remittance house?

Firstly remittance of SGD200k as a lump sum has its risk and no licence remittance house will do it for you.

The Chinese crackdown is no joke and you can cry when your Chinese account got frozen. If unlicensed, good luck.

The money changer in Singapore that I used is licensed, not sure about the one in China. Money was withdrawn and that was a few years ago. I had to show my IC to the money changer and the SGD was in local bank cheque.

maybe try remit.cashchanger.co/singapore/city-singapore/sgd-to-cny?val=1000&valtype=receive
or check the money changers who can receive cashchanger.co/singapore/cny-to-sgd?val=1000&valtype=have
