Hi guys, I am planning to take a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from RMIT in 2017. Is any of you aware if RMIT is recognized by the Singapore Police Force? Because I am considering a uniformed or civilian career path in the SPF. Thanks!

If you are taking RMIT's degree locally, from what I know, it is a basic degree, not a honours degree.
You will definitely be at a slightly disadvantage position when competing with other candidates applying for the relevant jobs with limited slots. So I suggest that you actively strengthen your portfolio and other qualities during your course of study.

In the event you are hired, you will get a lower rank or grade with a basic degree when compared to other fresh hires armed with honours degree.

Im considering rmit as my degree too... but sadly it isnt 100% acknowledged and i do hope after getting rmit can rank up as easily as other local degree individuals.
