I asked one of the student centre staff, he told me new semester starts either 1 july or 8 july. nothing much for preparation bah.. just rmb that during your first lectures, u have to form up your project groups. otherwise, its going to be awkward.

Our course just started last july, so there isn't an abundance of exam papers for us to refer to. So far, only a single lecturer released 1 past year paper. The rest is all head on revision. I could sell u my textbooks for three modules if u want. They are photocopied and in very good condition. RMIT doesn't change the editions for reading materials so that's a good thing.

Lecturers-wise, I don't think its fair for me to judge who is good or who is bad. I guess you have to experience them for yourself and conclude from there.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for your help and even get those useful informations for me. Hmm, it's because i have booked my air ticket to europe for 2 mths will be back in 3/8 and i felt so panic about the school stuffs cause i do not wish to miss any lessons and i'm afraid i can't form the group in the beginning .. I don't think i can find it later šŸ˜• so beginning of the sem have to do loads of group projects alr?

The first two weeks are visiting lectures. Visiting lectures are conducted by the professors from Australia. So how it goes, is like this:

Monday to Wednesday (Week 1)
Module 1- Lect 1
Module 1- Lect 2
Module 1- Lect 3

Thurs to Sat (Week 1)
Module 2- Lect 1
Module 2- Lect 2
Module 2- Lect 3

Just follow accordingly for the other two modules. Three quarters of the semester is doing project work. Very rarely that my attention is turned to tutorials. Only Procurement and Global Sourcing had me doing tutorials, and that was only for a few weeks.

You got to rethink the trip to Europe... Cause once the visiting lectures are over, there is a two week break, at least that was what happened to me. So you are potentially going to miss out 4 weeks of any semblance of interaction with potential group members. Don't be the person that has no group and has no choice but to do the assignments alone. I had a girl who did that for Transportation and Freight Logistics module. VERY PAINFUL to watch.

Thanks for ur tips. Btw hows the girl can has no choice and to do it alone.. The grading criteria stated clearly it's for group work, if she did so, she might fail? :/ it's like unfair to her omg .. Then during presentation she is going to suffer alone too leh! Hmm yup i shall reschedule again maybe come back earlier so that at least i still can catch up..
