Just hoot this baby at 2630 on Lazada 55 sale and given next day delivery!
Was plan to use during my travel trip to play COD in my hotel.
Test try Vanguard only got 44 fps at medium setting
Not expecting this to work like a beast but just enough to grind my level through
I know, with this price there's many beefier options, but the weight and mobility of this "tablet" is unbeatable.

Was looking around for a small gaming laptop as well and came across this model but was taken back by the 'poor battery life' of the device. Do let us know how your mileage goes with regards to this.

Haha this tab was never meant to play without plugging in, play Vanguard zombie for 30min it burn half of the battery. But I surprise it give me 95 to 100 fps at medium settings.

Ah alright. I saw another seller also around same price (maybe both same seller but diff name). Is the keyboard single zone led or per key rgb led?

Conceptually, the form factor is great. Realistically, you are paying a lot of the hardware which you can never realise anywhere near its full potential. For example, the 12700H is probably running at a very low clockspeed under a sustained CPU and GPU load. Plus, the battery life is expected to be very poor due to the small battery capacity, while having to feed the very power hungry CPU.

Looking at this now. just really like the form factor of a tablet (and not those 2-in-1 laptop in tablet mode). Was thinking of getting a surface pro 8, but then i found z13 to be similar in form, and cheaper if comparable specs (SP8 with a poorer 11th gen i7, with the same storage is already 2.8k without accessories). Of course on the flip side SP got more accessory support, better screen and stuff

How is the battery life if just doing light productivity stuff? Like word/excel on multiple tabs, attending zoom, data analytics programmes etc? With lowest graphic settings
Will not be gaming without being plugged in (with maybe a eGPU) anyway

The form factor is nice. I actually like it. But you need to understand that with such form factor, the hardware tend to be thermally limited. Unlike traditional laptop design where you have the entire base to fit everything including cooling solution, the tablet form factor concentrates everything where the screen is. In addition, all manufacturers will still keep the form to a certain level of thinness, which adds on to the thermal limitation. I used to own this sort of hybrid PC, and even with just a low end i5 CPU, it was running very hot when its under load. And this is without any dedicated GPU.
As to Surface, I feel it is way overpriced. It makes some sense when they are giving the keyboard for free, otherwise, I won't even consider it.

In my opinion, it depends on what is your daily productivity tasks. If these are somewhat intensive on the CPU, you most likely will run into some sort of throttling, and/or, high fan speed. I guess you can try it out somewhere and see if it works for you. Again to clarify, I like the form factor myself. But I am also aware that if I were to buy this Z13, I likely paying quite a premium for hardware that will not run optimally. In fact I was in the market looking for a laptop and was considering the Vivobook Pro 16x with Ryzen 5800H and RTX 3050 (35W). The marketing sticker on the laptop says cooling capability up to (if I did not recall wrongly) 54W with the dual fan cooling design. If I were shrink that down to the Z13 size, I believe that will probably be about the same thermal headroom you got to juggle between the CPU and GPU.
At the end of the day, you should get what you think is best for your use case. I am just calling some limitations with this form factor. But I do recommend that you give it a test physically before making the purchase decision.
