Hello all, I’ve been trying to troubleshoot an issue wiith the Roland Vt3 and PS4. I’ve managed to get the voice output to the PS4 party chat, however there is a consistant schreeching/whining noise.
The noise persists in the party chat even when the microphone(Headphones) is not plugged in.
The connection I’ve done goes like this;
VT3 - Headphone Mic (3.5mm) into front Mic Input(3.5mm port)
- Mic Output (male to male, 3.5mm with 6.5mm adapter) to PS4 controller with Y splitter(3.5mm female to male).
*The VT3 is powered by from the PS4 with a USB to Type A cable.
*Ive been thinking that the USB to Type A cable is the root of the issue as when I connect the VT3 to my Computer, I only need the USB to Type A cable in order to get both Audio input & output. So when I connect it to my PS4, the cable could be giving me feedback from both audio output sources?
Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Or any more info I can provide.
Thank you!
