Romance train + Hakone Free Pass

Omg, I bought the full price tickets
I need to make sure I have seats on cny day, since I booked my hotel at hakone.

Do you think I can top up for the hakone pass at the counter instead? What else can I do?

From online, regular ticket is 1190 yen whereas romance car is 1090 yen. Did u pay a total of 2280yen? Coz hakone free pass covers the regular ticket.

On a siidenote, i saw that the hakone free pass and fuji hakone pass will increase price from Apr 1st 2019 onwards, presuming same for other passes. Its due to what ah?

Oh ok, i found that that the price of my Romance train ticket each is 1090 yen.
So it makes no difference if you purchase the Free pass first or Romance train ticket first.
