i'm going to bkk this weekend.
any recommendation for a not so expensive rooftop bar near siam?
not so expensive at the same time not so boring. thanks!

Cloud47 (Silom) request for the outdoor near railings sofa seat to get the best view.
Wallet friendly, we had dinner there..not as crowded as the rests, more locals. Place is decent but don't have the atas feel like the other 2 that we went.

Octave, Marriot nice view, nice ambience atas feel but drinks were reasonable. we ordered finger food here.. averagely drinks after ++ $15/glass

RedSky prices more ex, drinks after ++ around S$20/glass. but the interior ambience not bad, atas feel also. alot more tourist and ang mohs.

Octave and redsky got dresscode, so if after shopping better go back hotel n change before heading there. HTH..

also any input on baiyoke and lebua state roof bars?

I have been to the Lebua. Best view of the river, in my opinion, and not so expensive for a drink.

Yes, those price are in sgd.
I didn't go to any rooftop bar for a drink before, prefer to hang out at night market.
