Rosewill casing alternatives in SLS

Any PC casing as cheap and good as Rosewill in SLS? Closest I could find previously are those Headway or Tecware.

BTW, if really want to save money, is the bundled PSU safe to use for non-gaming Celeron/Pentium rig?
