Rotating to landscape

Question:
when you rotate yr iPhone, I notice my screen is always stuck in portrait. I checked already and the portrait lock is disabled.

However, on the iPad, rotating the iPad, will allow a landscape view of yr home screen.

This is important for me as I do a lot of airplay mirroring... And it's always stuck on portrait when using the iPhone.

Both devices in IOS 7.0.4.

They did not include the feature of landscape of Home Screen for iphones. This is only available for iPads.
