Painkiller cannot eat long term. The potency will get weaker with frequent use then needs to upgrade to stronger painkillers with addictive effect. That is why us so many people become addicted to hardcore drugs.

I recently learned from a friend that this kind round tablets are the "cheapest" kind because it's apparently harder to swallow.

This doesn't affect 99% of us, but apparently panadol is easier to swallow because of the shapes, e.g triangle optizorb or the capsule form. Also branded panadol is coated with a thicker layer of wax or something that prevents the bitter taste which some people have gag reflex

For me i still eat the cheapest one because end of the day active ingredient is the same and i don't have swallowing problem
