A levels 2025. They have a scoring system to determine Rank Points. A is 20 for a H2 subject.

you can qualify, but never selected. Last time need 4 H2 + 1H3. No mention of H1.
Standards in the past is 4 A level H2 distinction and at least 1 H3 (special paper) for overseas scholarship - most applicants offer two H3 subjects. No H3, can be considered for local schloarships, but there will be others who apply for local scholarship and offer H3.

These are the standards, but if you CCA and leadership activities are Tok Gong, then maybe you can qualify for an interview.. since MOe now say look lesser on grades. more on holistic. But the truth is the grades are usually a min requirement, but not absolute requirement. Only make exception if you are exceptional.

RP 87.5 - yes local scholarship
RP 85 - yes local merit scholarship

New system 3H2. No data.

System changed in 2025. Previously pupils take 4 subjects. Example Physics, Math, Chemistry, Econs. These are called H2 subjects. Each 20 points. GP is H1 - 10 points. Total RP 90.

In 2025, it was changed to 3 subjects only + GP. Total is RP 70.
